The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, two chairs, and clothes hangers. Guests have access to shared bathrooms and toilet facilities.
Bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and individual air conditioning are provided. Each floor and wing has a small kitchenette without a stove where you can make tea or coffee and store your food in a shared refrigerator. The tap water is drinkable and of good quality.

The reception desk is open until 8:00 p.m.
Please let us know your arrival time at least 12 hours before check-in. Check-in for unannounced guests may take a little longer – thank you for your understanding.
Early arrival is possible by prior arrangement, depending on availability, and at an additional cost of EUR 10 per hour. Early arrivals are not possible during high season.
If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know by 3 p.m. at the latest and attach a photo of your ID to the message. In this case, we will have your key ready for you at the agreed location, but you will need to check in officially at the reception desk the following morning.
Upon check-in, a deposit of 100 EUR per room will be charged to cover any damage to the room or violation of the smoking ban. If no damage or smoking is found in the room upon or after check-out, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Luggage
Upon arrival and departure, our guests have access to a small storage room for short-term luggage storage as part of their accommodation. Luggage storage is also available at the main bus and train stations.
Access
AMS Rooms are located on the 2nd floor and attic of a building without an elevator, accessible via 50-60 steps. Access to the rooms is difficult for persons with reduced mobility.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted at AMS Rooms. The penalty for smoking on the grounds of AMS Rooms is 100 EUR.
Breakfast
We do not offer breakfast, but our reception staff will be happy to help you find the best and most delicious options.
Kitchen
Each floor has a shared kitchenette where you can make coffee or tea and use the shared refrigerator to store food.
Cleaning
Towels are available for your daily use. Upon request, we will replace them at the reception desk. If you book six nights or more, we will clean your room and change your bed linen and towels every fourth day.
Pets
We do not accept pets.
Booking process
Reservation
- The terms and conditions of the reservation are always clearly stated before the final confirmation of the reservation.
- A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation, and the cardholder must also be the person making the reservation.
- After the reservation is made, we will charge you a prepayment of 50% of the total price.
Cancellation policy and payment terms
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Free cancellations and changes to reservations are possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. In this case, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded to the guest.
- If the guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before arrival, they will be charged 100% of the total price.
- In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.
Kids
- The surcharge for a cot is EUR 10 per night. When booking a room, please note that you require a cot, as some rooms do not allow extra beds.
Group reservations
- The terms and conditions for group reservations apply to reservations of 5 rooms or more.
