We offer 24 comfortable and bright rooms with a total capacity of 57 people, which means that our accommodation is also ideal for groups. Group booking conditions apply when booking 5 rooms or more.

- Prepayment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. If the contact details provided are not valid or active, AMS Rooms reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing. Cancellations and changes to group reservations are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- We require payment of the full (100%) amount of the reservation 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the reservation is not valid.
- Cancellations and changes to reservations are no longer possible after this date – even if you change your reservation or leave earlier, you will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.
